service customize design 1For to consider a customized LCD panel and related system developing requested huge initial investment always, AGL especially designed a flexible, lower cost and easier customization process. Our goal is to help our global partners to invest the lowest resource to get a unique product based on AGL advanced technical platforms.

AGL customized LCD service include three major fields:

  1. Customized LCD panel
  2. Customized display kits and related parts developing
  3. Customized monitor or display system

 To follow ISO9001 certificated steps, AGL customized process request around four to twelve weeks generally and based on eight technical platforms as below:  

Technical platform I: Customized TFT and module design

To follow customer special LCD spec request from different applications, AGL team will check and evaluate spec then optimize related design. Meanwhile, to base on customer forecast, AGL team will integrate a suitable supply chain and manufacturing capacity to generate a unique, cost effective LCD module to meet real demand.

Technical platform II: Optimized LED light rail design

AGL has strong supply chain and all range LED lamp stock to design LED backlight rail for different backlight module, such like super thin thickness module, edge light or direct light backlight module, to design different LCD panel to get brightness over 2500nits or to get ultra-long backlight life time.

Technical platform III: High reliability LED driving system

To consider high brightness or other industrial LCD panel always apply in harsh environment, a high reliable backlight driving system will be necessary for display system long term reliability. Now AGL has developed full range LED backlight driver board with extra wide operation temperature range, besides that, the driver board also support 12V~24V DC wide input voltage range and support both analog or PWM dimming control.

Technical platform IV: Signal conversion design

For different LCD panel applied different signal input interface, such like TTL, LVDS, EDP or other signal formats, AGL developed well TTL/LVDS, EDP/LVDS or TTL/TTL conversion board to meet customer differential system I/O requests, customized converter board design and manufacturing are also acceptable.

Special LCD optical service and advanced functional materials applied on LCD surface treatment also well developed in AGL, related service such like: extra wide view angle or super narrow view angle design, anti-reflection, anti-violence or extreme low reflection treatment, OCA/OCR optical bounding process etc.

Technical platform VI: LCD module thermal management technology

Based on well experience in high brightness LCD panel and outdoor LCD design and manufacturing, AGL developed several different thermal management technical platforms from LCD panel inner thermal parts to thermal kits for monitor or related display system, all related design to make sure AGL LCD with robust reliability in all different applications.

Technical platform VII: All functions chassis design

To integrate all of LCD related display kits, AGL also developed full range monitor chassis design capability to 65” display size, different functional chassis design such like customized open frame, close frame, panel mounting chassis, water proof outdoor cabin or other chassis based on customer request.

Technical platform VIII: Cloud based CMS Digital signage software control system

      If you have a display network system with hundreds units monitor in different locations, cloud system should be the best approach to manage such display network. For such kind of applications, AGL provides complete cloud based CMS management software and related hardware system, customer can access internet to manage whole display system, real time to control display content in each monitor or grouped monitors easily and safety. So far AGL CMS system helps our partners to get huge advantage in retail and digital signage system especially.
